  • By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.

  • Prices, billing frequency, and contents of the box are subject to change with notice.

  • All payments are non-refundable once a box has been processed or shipped.

4. Shipping

  • Boxes are shipped according to the schedule listed on our website, found in the Q&A section.

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Faith Gems is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription before the stated cutoff date for the next shipment.

  • Cancellations made after the cutoff date will apply to the following billing cycle.
